Hansen and Horn is the residential builder in the Anson Community. Duke Realty (Anson’s developer) has chosen to team up with Hansen and Horn as their builder in this great community. There are many reasons that they were chosen to be the builder in the neighborhood. Hansen and Horn has a reputation for building communities and not subdivisions. Anson Building Sites

In addition to the Hansen and Horn building sites there are also 16 custom build lots available in the first phase of the project. This allows you to bring your own builder to build you a custom home as long as the home and builder meet the criteria established by Duke Realty and Hansen and Horn.
