Boone County, Indiana Anson Community Update
There has been continued growth in the Anson development. The Witham Medical building opened in October of 2009 and is providing 24/7 emergency services, ambulance services and many types of specialized care. The Primrose School has completed the construction of their building and will be opening in early 2010. There are also more townhouses, apartments, hotel and banks all planning on starting construction in 2010. Medco is also planning on hiring in excess of 1,000 employees for their state of the art medical distribution building in 2010.
If you are interested in living in this unique development give me a call on my cell phone at 317-413-5311 or email me at jpage@callcarpenter.com. I specialize in the Boone, Hamilton and Hendricks county area in residential real estate. Feel free to contact me with questions about the Real Estate market in these and surrounding counties.

Selling your house during the Winter months
The real estate market here in Boone County, Indiana and the surrounding counties is continuing to be active. Though we are headed into the seasonally slower time of the real estate market we anticipate the market will continue to stay strong throughout the winter months.
This time of year is actually a prime time to sell your house. Typically, there are fewer showings but the showings are to more qualified buyers. As always you have the option to deny showings during those holiday get together times. Another benefit to listing your house this time of the year is that there are not as many houses on the market so your competition declines. Are you thinking it would be nice to have a bigger, smaller or different house to have Christmas in next year? Give me a call today for a no obligation market analysis on your house. You can reach me on my cell phone at 317-413-5311.
