The builders at the new Anson development in Boone County have added 7 more floor plans for this community. The sales activity has been picking up and now buyers have more designs to choose from. Interest Rates are Incredibly Low!!!

Just how low? In the past few weeks we had interest rates that were the lowest they have been in 37 years. They have fluctuated sometimes many times a day from 4.5-5.5% for a 30 year fixed mortgage. This is great news and many people are setting themselves up for financial security in the future by buying now.

New Year and a New Home

The first home sold in Anson is now in the pre-drywall stage and the second home is at the foundation stage. The home sales at Anson are started to pick up at the end of last year and has been continuing to go strong throughout the beginning of this year.
