Anson Apartments
I have had several calls about the opportunites to rent in Anson. The Boulevard at Anson apartments rent from a range of about $700-$1,700 a month. They have some very nice amenities and great floorplans. There are currently some available for rent. They are completed with all of phase one, which was two buildings, and a majority of phase two. In phase two, there is going to be a total of 213 units and five of the seven buildings have been completed.
Though I do not do much with rentals, I still feel strong about the Anson community and would like to help out our community in anyway that I can. If this information looks like something you might be interested in exploring, let me know.
As always for any information about the local Greater Indianapolis area real estate give me a call/text at 317-413-5311 or email me at . You can also look at my website or friend me on Facebook.

Good News for the Anson Development in Boone County, IN!
There are new builders in the Anson development here in Boone County. A local custom home builder BiltRite Homes has started the building process on a “Model Home.” BiltRite intends to also staff the model with a sales person. BiltRite has built many homes in the Village of West Clay.
The Village of West Clay is a neighborhood in Carmel that is also a mixed development that also has restaurants and shops within the neighborhood. BiltRite is able to build high quality custom and semi-custom homes at a very good price. For more information about Anson homes or homes in the surrounding counties give me a call at 317-413-5311.
