New Construction Homes
Homebuilders are continuing to express concerns about the lack of financing to build a new home. Construction loans are not as “easy to come by” as they used to be. I do however, have some lenders who provide construction-to-permanent loans. Some of them for as low as 5% down. In order to abide by some of the new regulatory requirements, the banks have to put aside a larger capital reserve for what are considered “riskier loans.”
Do you have any questions about the local Boone, Hamilton or Hendricks county real estate? If so give me a call/text at 317-413-5311 or email me at .
