Home Sales Rose in March 2011
According to the National Association of REALTORS sales bottomed out last July. Existing home sales were up 3.7%, to a seasonally annual rate of 5.10 million, from 4.92 million in February. NAR’s chief economist, Lawrence Yun, said he expects this sales pattern to continue. Existing home sales have risen in six of the past eight months.
