March 2011 Home Sales
Wondering about who was buying homes last month? A survey for the REALTORS Confidence Index showed that 33% of the homes purchased in March were by first time home buyers. This was down from the 34% that bought in February 2011. Due to the government stimulus 44% of the home buyers in March 2010 were first time buyers.
