Fair Housing
April is Fair Housing Month. It is important that you know as a professional I treat all people equally. By law there are certain classifications of people who have protective status. These criteria are race, color, religion, sex, handicap, familial status, national origin or sexual orientation. I believe it is important to go beyond just these areas and treat everyone equally. This includes income and social status. I have had the opportunity to work with people from varying backgrounds and income levels. I treat the first time homebuyer buying a home for under $100K the same as I do my high end buyers buying $1 million-plus properties. I believe there is a wealth of knowledge I can obtain from people in all catagories and backgrounds. It is particularly interesting to me when I get to work with someone from a different part of the world. I have been fortunate to travel all over the world and I love finding out how things are different in the countries that my clients have come from.
If you are interested in buying or selling real estate in the central Indiana area please call/text me at 317-413-5311 or email me at . I am a specialist in Boone, Hamilton and Hendricks counties.
