Please see the updated map with lot pricing. The current price of lots within the neighborhood is from $35,000 to $69,900. If you are interested in moving to Anson, keep in mind that Anson doesn’t necessarily charge a “lot premium.” Typically, the lots are priced according to their size and what home can fit on them. In order to ensure you get the best lot, you need to act soon. Many of the corner lots and lots near the parks are getting reservations on them now!
