Anson, Indiana Infrastructure
Duke Realty Corporation has spent an incredible amount of money to ensure that the Anson development will be a success. Some of the roads that are in the South Business District were completed in November of 2010. These roads included Central Boulevard West and the Gateway Drive extension. The New Hope Boulevard extension and Perry-Worth Road realignment are planned for construction to start this year with the Perry-Worth Road realignment possibly not starting until 2012.
If you have not been able to come visit the Anson neighborhood, I encourage you to do so. The money that Duke has spent on the infrastructure and amenities within the residential area of Anson promises to provide a great place for a family to live.
