Anson, Indiana Apartments
The Boulevard at Anson has 80 units which opened in the Fall of 2007. These apartments are 95% leased and also have approximately 9,000 square feet of office and retail space. The Phase 2 of this project started in August of 2010 with a planned middle of 2011 completion. This phase will bring an additional seven buildings with 213 more units.
The Westhaven Apartments are also building some additional apartments. They closed in December of 2010 and are planning on a spring 2011 start date for construction. This development will have 66 units in it as well.
Keep in mind that there hasn’t been a better time to buy than now. The interest rates are low, inventory high and prices are down a little. If you are unable to buy now then apartment living might be your best short term housing option. Give me a call to talk about whether buying a home might be an option for you.
