Anson, Indiana: What is the Plan for the Future?
As you can see, on the overall master site plan, Anson will truly be a live, work, play community. The master plan allows for the following: industrial, office, flex office space, retail, residential and municipal. Development is well under way within almost all of these areas. The last few months have been busy for the residential builders in Anson. Several new homes have been started, or will start in the near future. There have also been several contingent contracts from people who are excited about Anson, but need to sell their home first.
