Boone County, Indiana Real Estate Market December 2009 vs 2010

Are you interested in statistics about the housing industry here in Boone County? Here are some statistics that I have received from Mibor about the local Boone County area in 2010. As you can see the number of homes that were sold are down from 2009 but the prices are up, except for in December of 2010. Overall in 2010 prices were up in Boone County!
