Indiana Real Estate 2009 vs 2010
The Indiana Real Estate market showed a 6.6% decrease in the number of homes sold. In 2010 there were 57,765 homes sold. However, the median sales price increased by 1.8% to $112,000. This is a positive sign that real estate prices have not only stopped their decline but are now starting to show signs of improvement. In fact the median sales price has increased 13 out of the previous 15 months!
