Central Indiana Housing Market 2009 vs 2010
The Central Indiana Real Estate market mirrors the overall picture of the national real estate market. In 2010 the number of houses sold was down but the prices were up! The average sale price of homes increased 6.8% to $152,142 in 2010. The year-end number of houses sold in Central Indiana (within Mibor’s area) was 21,463 which is a 9.7% decrease from 2009.
