The Real Estate Industry in the Midwest
The National Association of REALTORS have shown that existing home sales rose 11% in December 2010. However, the existing home sales are down 4.3% from December 2009. The median price for an existing home in the Midwest was $139,700 in December 2010, which is up 3.3% from December 2009!
