Good News for Anson Homeowners!
Due to the increase in building supplies homeowners in the new Anson development have already seen appreciation in their homes. As of the middle of January all the homeowners have increased their property values by approximately $5,000. That is a great increase considering the current local Indianapolis real estate market condition.
Are you thinking about moving to the Anson neighborhood? The best time to buy in the neighborhood is now! The more houses that are in the neighborhood the higher the pricing will probably go. If you get in at the beginning stages of the neighborhood it could prove to be pretty financially beneficial in the long run.
