Hendricks County, Indiana Real Estate Market December 2009 vs 2010

Are you interested in statistics about the housing industry in Hendricks County? Here are some statistics that I have received from Mibor about the local Hendricks County area in 2010. As you can see the number of homes that were sold are up from 2009 in October-December but down in December. The average prices are up, except for in December 2010 where they were even with December 2009!
