What makes some REALTORS stand out

Posted to Jeremy Page

One of the important things you should look for when choosing your REALTOR is their professional designations. There are various different designations available through National Association of REALTORS, Metropolitan Indianapolis Board of REALTORS, and a REALTORS broker. Typically, the hardest designations to obtain are the ones sponsored by NAR.  REALTORS that hold these designations statistically do more transactions and have a higher level of client satisfaction.

I have the CRS designation and should finish up my GRI training and earn the designation by 2011, both of which are sponsored by NAR.  I have also graduated from a 8-week advanced training program my Broker offers to a few agents who have been nominated to participate.  I have also earned my broker’s license.  My latest educational experience is the REAL Academy of Leadership which I obtained through the Metropolitan Board of REALTORS (MIBOR). This program is a 11 month program that is designed to further educate a very select group of REALTORS about the city in an intimate way and to prepare future leaders for the community and real estate industry. We will be meeting with business leaders and politicians from Indianapolis.

If you have any questions about how I can help you with your real estate transaction and how my education can benefit you throughout the process please send me an email at or call me at 317-413-5311.
