Interested in the Characteristics of Local Indianapolis Area Home Buyers, and their Relationships with Real Estate Professionals

Posted to Jeremy Page

The latest information has become available from a survey of Home buyers and sellers commissioned by MIBOR. The survey was based on transactions between July 2008 and June 2009.

- 72% of buyers purchased their home with a real estate agent or broker

- 12% of home buyers purchased a foreclosure

In today’s real estate market it is important to have an agent who is knowledgeable and educated about the industry. So many things have changed recently. It takes an agent who is constantly monitoring the market and changes in rules to be efficient at representing your interests in buying or selling a home.

If you have any questions or would like to see how these statistics compare to the rest of the Nations buyers shoot me an email at
