Good News about Foreclosures
According to Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac, the number of delinquent mortgages (missed 2 mortgage payments for the first time) had declined each month since March of 2010! Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac have control of over half of all the mortgages in the country. The fewer foreclosures we have in the market, the more opportunity there is for an increase in home values.
