Indianapolis Real Estate in April 2010
I am very proud to be a part of Carpenter REALTORS who outpaced our competitors significantly in April. We are accustom to doing better than our competitors but in April we ended the month 79% up over April, 09, compared with MIBOR (Metropolitan Indianapolis Board of REALTORS®) market improvement at 28.3%. As a company, we outpaced the market by 50.7%!!!!!
