Good News about the Real Estate Environment here in Central Indiana
We are now in the 6th month of inclining prices. After around 2 years of prices decreasing they started inclining and have been doing so for the past 6 months. It will be interesting to see how the market reacts to the expiring of the tax credit at the end of this month. In order to qualify for the tax credit you must have an accepted offer by April 30, 2010. This leaves only a few short days to find a house and have an offer accepted on it.
