Interested in the characteristics of local Indianapolis area Home Sellers and their Selling Experience
The latest information has become available from a survey of Home buyers and sellers commissioned by MIBOR. The survey was based on transactions between July 2008 and June 2009.
- Typical sellers sold their house for 96% of their final listing price
- 57% reported they reduced the listing price at least once
- 57% of sellers offered incentives to attract buyers, most often it was a home warranty or closing costs
In today’s real estate market it is important to have an agent who is knowledgeable and educated about the industry. So many things have changed recently. It takes an agent who is constantly monitoring the market and changes in rules to be efficient at representing your interests in buying or selling a home.
