Indianapolis and Carmel, IN
Forbes magazine has put out a list of real estate markets that are most likely to appreciate. The Indianapolis and Carmel area was listed as the 10th most likely to appreciate out of the entire United States. Carmel had a lot of appreciation prior to the recession. Forbes believes that this market will continue to appreciate in the future and I agree with them. Carmel boasts good schools, community parks and artistic areas. The land prices have seemed to hold steady in the Carmel area even through this recession. Click here to read the Forbes magazine article.
