Good News for the Anson Development in Boone County, IN!
There are new builders in the Anson development here in Boone County. A local custom home builder BiltRite Homes has started the building process on a “Model Home.” BiltRite intends to also staff the model with a sales person. BiltRite has built many homes in the Village of West Clay.
The Village of West Clay is a neighborhood in Carmel that is also a mixed development that also has restaurants and shops within the neighborhood. Is anyone building one story, perhaps with partial basements or basement in Anson for an older community that would be free of yard work and with snow removal ?

We could definitely have a house built in Anson that is a one story with a basement. However, at this time there is not any maintenance free areas in Anson. Because the lot sizes are small I could get you contacts of lawn care and snow removal companies who would be able to do this very reasonably. Typically they charge quit a bit less than the monthly fee in "maintenance free" developments.
