Market turning around a little???

On Sunday, I held an Open House in one of Zionsville’s popular neighborhoods, Thornhill. I had 30+ people visit the home between 3-5 p.m. WOW! I have 2 new listings, a handful of buyers that are actively looking for a home, and a ton of prospects. I have certainly observed an increase of activity out there…and now the media is actually reporting some good news. In a recent CNN Money report, pending home sales rose in March for the second consecutive month and are up year over year—nationwide! So if you are on the fence to Buy or Sell a home…why wait?
