Golf Course choices in Boone County

Posted to

What a great Labor Day weekend! We spent it in Michigan golfing and basically just relaxing. When I got back I was comparing the golf courses. I am a member at The Golf Club of Indiana and it is amazing the water and sand create a challenging yet fun course. The course is nestled on 175 wooded acres in southern Boone county near the picturesque town of Zionsville, and located 1/2 mile west of I-65 on exit 130 which is 20 minutes North of Indianapolis International airport and Monument Circle. I find the Golf Club to be one of the most impeccably manicured Courses I have ever played with bent grass tees and greens and fairways mowed to within one-half inch. I also find one of the finest practice facilities in the Midwest at this course. Whether you need to work on your driving, chipping, pitching, sand game or putting, you’ll find our practice area to be unsurpassed. There are many places you can play golf, but precious few that offer the experience that only an excellent day of golf can provide. I’ll invite you to come and experience it for yourself- play and/or practice!
